Order Processing

We process orders Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Orders typically take 1–3 business days to process before they are shipped.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days (within your country).
Express Shipping: 2–5 business days (additional cost).
International Shipping: 10–25 business days (may vary by destination).

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of the order. Transit times can vary during peak seasons and holidays.

Delays & Exceptions

 You can also link it in your footer menu so customers see it easily.
